If you get a page about your home directory not existing yet, and you have filled out the account request form, relax and wait for us to activate your account. We'll email you once your account is activated.
If it has been more than 1 business day and you haven't gotten your account activated, or you have been told your account is active and you are still getting the error email us a itrss-support@umsystem.edu and let us know you don't have a home directory yet.
Open an appropriate interactive session for your application.
If your application isn't available here it may be available inside a desktop session with the use of a terminal and modules. Please see the modules section of the Mill general use documentation for more information.
Common Problems
“Bad response/request” error when loading the web page.
This can be solved by clearing cookies for the mill-classes site in your browser.
